EOI PROCESS

Interested buyers must complete the EOI/CIF form for the Masaar 3 launch. A soft copy of the Emirates ID is required (or a passport copy for international buyers)

EOI PAYMENT

A cheque of 5% of the total value will be collected. This amount is 100% refundable should you decide not to proceed . Bookings will officially commence on the designated launch date, exclusively for clients who have submitted an EOI.

ALLOTMENT AND BOOKING

Buyers with an EOI will receive priority calls on launch day and will have the chance to select from the best available units . To book a unit, a 5% down payment is required on the day of allotment. You’ll need to provide a copy of your passport and Emirates ID
