All details, including but not limited to prices, floor plans, unit sizes, handover dates, and payment plans, are indicative and provided by the developer, Arada. The developer reserves the right to make modifications at its absolute discretion without any liability .

Prices are subject to change, and a price hike may happen immediately after the allotment process starts . The indicative starting price for a 2-bedroom townhouse in Masaar 3 is approximately AED 1.79 million onwards, but this is subject to availability and the official price list at the time of booking .

2. Expression of Interest (EOI) Terms

Submitting an EOI is the first step to securing priority access to units. By paying the EOI amount, you are expressing interest and will receive priority calls for unit selection on launch day . The EOI is not a binding contract to purchase .

The EOI is 100% refundable should you decide not to proceed after receiving the allocation . For EOI, a soft copy of your Emirates ID is required for UAE residents, or a passport copy for international buyers .

3. Allotment & Booking

Bookings will officially commence on a specified date, exclusively for clients who have submitted an EOI . To book a unit, a 5% down payment is required on the day of allotment . If you choose to pay 9% of the total value, you may get an advantage in unit allocation immediately .
